The villa is about 10 mins drive to Desaru Adventure Water Park, Golf courses, and Beaches. It’s a spacious 2-storey villa built on 4,000 sqft lands. Tastefully furnished, fully equipped kitchen for your comfort and convenience.

Extensive renovations have been done for the entire villa including an extension of the master bedroom balcony, master bedroom, toilets, garden flooring, and many more.

Guest Access

Guests have full access to entire villa, 6 bedrooms, 5 toilets, Kitchen, Living / Sitting rooms, Balcony, Garden and BBQ pit.

Cooking at kitchen, BBQ, Steamboat are allow.

The estate is guarded by 24×7 Security.

Villa can park 2 cars. Street parking is safe and can park 4 cars.

There is big empty space next to villa for guests to organize group game and kids can play at nearby playground.

The are Swimming Pool, Gyms, Jacuzzi Pool, Tennis Court and Playgrounds at Clubhouse about 3-5 mins drive. Guest access fee is rm10/- per Pax.

Other Things To Note

A Security deposit of rm300/- to be collected before or upon check-in. Refund is within 48 hrs via bank transfer. We accept Security Deposit (RM300 or SGD100) via Bank Transfer in RM or SGD or PayLah, PayNow in SGD.

House rule appears to be strict, but no worry. 99.99% of guests have no issue and have their deposit back 100% as they had caring this villa as theirs.

1) Smoking in the house is dis-allowed. A charge of rm150/- to be levied to remove the odour. 
2) Charges for lost of key RM20/-, Remote Controller RM120/- and others at market value + service fees.
3) No wearing of outside shoes in the house.
4) Charges for excessive usage of water and electricity. A reinstating fee of rm300/- to be levied, if uses of owned high power multiple heating appliances (hot plate, steamboat & cooking devices) cause villa main fuse burnt.
5) Please keep voice down after 11pm to maintain peaceful ambient for the neighbors.
6) Please keep the house clean and put rubbish in garbage bags provided.
7) Please tie up garbage bags and put in the trash bin outside the house when check-out
8) Check-in time is after 3pm. 
9) Check-out by 11am. There will be a charge of rm30/- for every 30 mins late or part-of delay check-out.
10) No permanent drawing or marking on any villa surface.
11) Extra fee will be charged if additional manpower required to do the followings:
– Move back all bulky items (ie. Mattress, bed frame, tables, chair and other furniture) to original position. .
– Put all rubbish into trash bin outside
– Basic clean up all used culinary, BBQ pit, steamboat pots, kitchen and surrounding
– Remove own food / drink inside and outside the fridge and oven
– Remove and clear up all decorative ornaments after party

Villa provides charcoal base BBQ pit and gas Steamboats upon request. Guests have to do basic clean-up before check-out. Guest has to pay rm20/- for each of the items used without clean-up. Villa also provide electrical base Korea BBQ hotplate ​and Steamboat for rental.​​​​ ​​​ Pls contact host should be there be any question
