The house is about 10 mins drive to Desaru Adventure Waterpark, Desaru Beach, and Golf courses. Very near to shops and various attractions. 

Guests are welcome to use the clubhouse facilities included Adult/Children Swimming Pool, Gyms, Jacuzzi Pool, Tennis Court, and Playground. The guest access fee is RM10 / pax.

– 2 bedrooms on the ground floor
– 3 bedrooms on the 2nd floor.
Extra floor bedding can be provided with a fee of RM30 / pax

A Security deposit of RM300 to be collected via Bank Transfer on the check-in day. The refund will be made within 48 hrs via bank transfer after checked-out. We also accept SGD100 paid by PayLah, PayNow.

– Villa provides charcoal base BBQ pit and gas Steamboats upon request. 
– Guests have to do basic clean-up before check-out. a fee of RM20 will be charged for each of the items used without clean-up. 
– Villa also provides an electrical base Korea BBQ hotplate and Steamboat for rental upon request.
